Holly Willoughby in stitches as Phillip Schofield talks about opening up Kelly Brook's 'garden gate'

Holly Willoughby got the giggles after Phillip Schofield made a cheeky innuendo about Kelly Brook’s “garden”.

The TV star, 37, struggled to compose herself as she introduced Brook’s gardening segment on Monday’s This Morning.

It was all perfectly innocent as she read: “She’s the Insta gardener who’s been showing us around some of the most exceptional gardens in the country.”

But things got naughty when Schofield took over to wrap up as he spoke about opening Brook’s “garden gate” and seeing her “beautiful borders”.

He said: “After opening up her own garden gate for us all to see her beautiful borders last week, Kelly Brooks is here to show you the bare necessities you need to become a green fingered goddess.”

Willoughby battled to stifle her laughter as Schofield struggled to continue his sentence.

And it wasn’t only Willoughby and Schofield who were tickled. As the show flashed to Brook in a garden, the crew could be heard laughing behind-the-scenes.

It’s not the first time the TV duo have struggled to keep their composure on the flagship show.

Willoughby dropped an innuendo ahead of airing a designer vagina procedure live on the show last September.

Schofield said, “remember when you started here first of all,” to which Willoughby interjected: “Yes, and I said I don't think I'll ever get used to saying the word vagina on telly.”

Schofield asked: “How do you feel today?”

Unwittingly, Willoughby replied: “Yeah fine just normal, just rolls off the tongue.”
