Yahoo News Hollyoaks airs Abe Fielding's massive lie
Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Tuesday's episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn't air on E4 until Wednesday.
Hollyoaks has revealed Abe Fielding has been lying about his missing brother.
This week, Abe and Joel's mother Marie Fielding returned to Chester to reveal that her young son Arlo had gone missing.
While Abe pretended not to know his brother's whereabouts, the latest first-look episode (March 19) has revealed that Arlo has been living with the mysterious woman who recently turned up on the McQueens' doorstep. This woman, Demi, is Arlo's stepmother.
The truth came out after Marie tried to swipe a bag in The Dog and, once caught, admitted she'd needed the money to pay for a search for Arlo.

Marie explained that Arlo had been kidnapped by his father and that all of her efforts to try to find him have been fruitless.
Cleo was stunned by this latest revelation, especially since Abe had never mentioned anything to her about his younger brother going missing.
When Cleo tried to comfort Abe, he made it clear he wanted "some space", and once she'd left the room, he started a video call with Demi.
"Cleo's cousin was getting sus so I had to ghost you," Abe quietly explained.

Demi brought Arlo into the chat, revealing she was actually the boy's stepmum. Abe then claimed that their mother, Marie, is "still refusing" to see them.
"I'm sorry," he told his younger brother.

Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
