Yahoo News Hollyoaks' Joel Dexter and Goldie McQueen to have wedding mix-up
Hollyoaks has some serious marriage mayhem lined up for Joel Dexter and Goldie McQueen.
The village priest Joel (Rory Douglas-Speed) has been secretly breaking his sacred celibacy vows for months to have a sexy fling with Goldie (Chelsee Healey), with the two unsure of where it may lead.

Everything gets even more confusing next week when Joel announces he is going to switch his religious affiliation to the Church of England so he can properly commit to Goldie.
Goldie's excitement is stoked even further when Breda McQueen (Moya Brady) points out that vicars must be married to have sex, leading Goldie to think that Joel wants to marry her!
When Goldie goes into overdrive planning her dream wedding, Joel has to figure how he's going to tell her he's just interested in a committed relationship for now.

This is far from the first time Breda has caused trouble for the two. The serial killer nearly murdered the priest by hitting him over the head with her bible when she first discovered the fling.
Breda later agreed to support the pairing if Joel promised never to tell Goldie about her attack, but she has continued to regularly cause drama for the happy couple.
Hollyoaks airs Mondays through Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing on E4 at 7pm.
