Home and Away's Dean blames himself after Colby kills again

From Digital Spy

Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Home and Away's Dean Thompson realises he may be responsible for Colby Thorne committing a second murder on UK screens next week.

Dean (Patrick O'Connor) recently paid a final visit to Colby at the hospital after his shock attack in prison, encouraging him to drop the nice guy act and do whatever it takes to survive behind bars.

In upcoming episodes on Channel 5, Dean is horrified to see how seriously Colby (Tim Franklin) took this advice.

A front-page headline in the local newspaper reveals that Colby has killed again by stabbing one of the other inmates at the jail.

Colby made this shocking move as he wanted to scare off anyone else from trying to attack him.

Colby's sister Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller) struggles to process the news of his latest crime. She knows that Colby was being bullied at the prison, but is sure that there must have been another way to handle things.

Although Bella wants to find some way to help Colby, Dean encourages her to start moving on with her life as there's nothing she can do for Colby now.

Later, Dean also comes clean to Bella about the advice he gave to Colby, which seemed to inspire his brutal act of violence.

How will Bella react to Dean's involvement?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Tuesday, March 9 and Wednesday, March 10 at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5. Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
