New homes under construction on Kilmarnock estate in 'great location'
Construction is underway in Kilmarnock's newest housing development.
Ashberry Homes has launched a new development in Kilmarnock's Moorfield estate.
Bosses say Kiln Gate is designed as a charming family friendly development offering a choice of three and four bedroom energy-efficient new homes.
The first phase of properties to be released include seven different property styles such as the Hillside, a three bedroom semi-detached home that includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, with French doors opening out to the rear garden, and a downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom features an ensuite.
Featuring Ashberry’s signature specification, each home is complete with a choice of stylish kitchen, with integrated appliances, and bathroom, solar panels, an EV charging point, drive-way and turfed front garden.
Prices start from £216,995 for the Hillside ranging to £298,995 for the four bedroom Thorndon.
Pauline Coates, Sales Director, Ashberry Homes said: "Kilmarnock is ranked the tenth happiest place to live in Scotland and it’s easy to see why.
"It’s a great location close to Glasgow and the coast and there’s always lots going on and places of interest to visit.
"Kiln Gate offers a terrific choice of ideal family homes and a great environment to raise children."
Located off Dumfries Road in Moorfield, Kiln Gate is close by well-regarded schools, local shops and everyday amenities.
Details of the new development are currently available from Ashberry’s Ferry Grove development in Braehead. The sales office is open every Thursday from 10am until 7pm, Friday and Monday from 10am until 5pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 5pm.
