A popular Hull nightclub, Propaganda, is set to open its doors to dog owners and their furry friends for a unique event.

The venue will host its first-ever doggy disco on Sunday, 14th July, welcoming all friendly socialised dogs, including Cockapoos and Dachshunds.

The organisers of the Pawesome Parties Doggy Disco describe it as a 'first of its kind' family-friendly event, promising plenty of entertainment for both dogs and their owners. The event will feature a full drinks menu, puppuccinos, competitions, dog sofas, ball pits, glow sticks, and more, providing a space for pups to run around and make new friends.

Leanne Ferguson, the event manager of Pawesome Parties, who organises dog parties for all breeds across the country, came up with the idea to help socialise her cockapoo, Alfie. She said: "The sessions lasts 75 minutes which is like an intense walk for them. It is a big sensory experience for them socialising with other like-minded dogs and people."

Local businesses will also have boutique stalls set up on the day. The event is scheduled for 14th July, with different ticketed time slots available per dog breed.

The cockapoo disco will run from 11am, the dachshund party will run from 2pm, and a session for all other breeds will run from 12.30. Tickets can be purchased from www.pawesomeparties.co.uk/hull.
