Hundreds of migrants found off the coast of Spain were brought to safety by search and rescue crew on November 17 and 18.

According to The Local, around 600 migrants from Africa were rescued by Salvamento Maritimo, Spain’s maritime safety organization, as well as the Civil Guard and the Spanish Navy, within 24 hours.
