This isn't your typical movie trailer.

For Morgan, which is described as an "AI horror thriller," 20th Century Fox approached IBM with a request: can Watson, the computing company's Jeopardy-winning artificial intelligence system, create a trailer?

This is the result. It's a minute-long peek at the Sept. 2 release, followed by a documentary short that explains how the AI-buildt-trailer came together and lays out how Watson analyzed the movie to pull out revealing — but not overly so — snippets.

For anyone out there who makes their living as a film editor... sorry.
