Stunning icicles formed along the shore of Lake Traverse on Monday, March 18, as cold weather gripped Wheaton, Minnesota.

Carol Bauer, who filmed this footage, told Storyful she came across some “pretty ice formations along the shores of Lake Traverse even though the ice is completely melted in the lake”.

Icy weather was forecast for the region on Sunday, with the National Weather Service adding that warmer air and gusty winds would pass through on Monday. Credit: Carol Bauer via Storyful
