"I could do my roots and it was the biggest thrill of a lifetime to go back without my roots showing."
She also revealed: "We didn't get our phones back, I wish! The only thing we had to watch was Netflix. No news, no family contact, nothing.
"We spent a day in the castle, we didn't know where we were going to go, what was going to happen, we were taken into isolation and we all had separate houses, food waiting for us, we were totally isolated."
Last weekend the ITV reality show was cancelled and the celebrity contestants - who include footballer David Ginola, Loose Women presenter and former Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge and Emmerdale star Danny Miller - were removed from the castle for their own safety following Storm Arwen.
The contestants were quarantined individually for three days, in line with coronavirus restrictions while the damage to the production site was repaired.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly had told viewers: ""For safety reasons the celebs were evacuated and taken to separate locations with no phones, no internet, not TV and no access to the outside world."
During their time on the show the celebrities live on basic rations of rice and beans, and win extra basic food supplies by taking part in trials.
