"It is sinking in now that I am taking part," Tindall said before heading into the jungle. "I am ready to rumble! I have been asked on numerous occasions to take part. The timing was right this year and [James Haskell] did the show and he had been talking about it."

Tindall considers himself the "morning motivator" with a positive outlook that could be beneficial in the harder days of camp. However, he's shared that while he's looking forward to the experience, he's doubtful he's going to be coming home with the crown.

Speaking ahead of the show's launch, Tindall said: "I reckon it’s a difficult one to win I’m A Celebrity. I am used to doing something where you know if you do the best you can, you can win. This isn’t that set up.

"All I would hope to do is be useful to the group. Winning is out of your control. But I am not going in to win it. All I can do is what I think is the best and someone else will judge me on whether they think it is. I am looking forward to it."
