'I'm A Celebrity' fans are ecstatic for the show's return on Tuesday

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! announced earlier today that it would return to its live shows on Tuesday and fans could not be more excited.

Ant and Dec shared the news on their Instagram page with a video message to fans in which they are posing in from of a toy castle with little soldiers and dragons.

"Hello and welcome to we’re the celebrities… Get us in there!" started Ant, "and we’ve got good news."

Dec then continued: "We’ve got great news Ant. The team worked around the clock 24/7 to get the site back up and ready and safe to carry on and we can do so. We’re back on, tomorrow night, Tuesday at 9 o’clock on ITV."

Ant added: "Which means we don’t have to present to this castle and these figures pretending they’re celebrities anymore."

In the comments, many fans shared their excitement with one writing: "Can’t wait to see I’m a celeb tomorrow".

Another person wrote, "I've missed it so much this weekend x" while "Yay I’m excited now!", "Amazing" and "Yes let’s go" read three further comments.

"Brilliant news, the team have done really well to get the show back on the road after all that damage," someone else praised the show.

One commenter added: "Yes yes yes so happy at last it's back tomorrow at 9pm thanks God at last I am happy again."

Another shared: "Great news, have really missed u both and the show. I'm glad no one was hurt in the storm. Keep safe and take care. Love u both"

The ITV reality series was heavily hit by Storm Arwen at its 2021 base in Gwrych Castle, North Wales. Friday night's episode was the first pre-recorded show in its 21-series history, while on Saturday and Sunday evenings fans were treated to highlights round-up shows from previous years.

Tonight's (Monday, November 29) scheduled live episode will not go ahead, with a completely different programme replacing it.

ITV bosses shared in an official statement: "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! will return from tomorrow night (Tuesday 30 November) on ITV and ITV Hub with a brand new show. Ant & Dec will be back presenting live from the Castle."
