I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! favourite Jill Scott faces her fear of heights in tonight's trial, but a first look clip shows she will have to complete it while wearing a bonnet and petticoats.

The Lioness is shown dressed as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang character Truly Scrumptious in scenes from the bushtucker trial Critty Critty Fang Fang, where she is suspended high above the jungle on a replica of the classic film's car.

Scott is tasked with collecting stars from around the winged car, but she has a terrifying challenge ahead of her as she must walk out onto the wing and unscrew a star from underneath it.

As she makes her way out to the very end of the wing, Scott says: "My god...I've got fish guts on us."

She eventually finds the star and begins to unscrew it as the car tilts over the treetops, with hosts Ant and Dec calling out: "Don't drop it!".

In the very first episode of the series, Scott completed a trial to walk out along a platform suspended above a skyscraper with the walkway then pulled away from her, and jump from the ledge along with Charlene White.

Babatunde Aleshe had been unable to complete the challenge because of his fear of heights, and Scott later admitted that she was also scared of heights but had forced herself to do it.

Scott is now the only female campmate left in the show and is the bookies' favourite to win, followed by jungle pals Owen Warner and Mike Tindall.

Viewers have not only been impressed by her bravery in the trials, but have also praised her for chats about making it as a footballer despite opposition in childhood matches, and her experiences of coming out in the world of sport.

Boy George became the fourth campmate voted out of the jungle on Tuesday and the show's final is set to air on Sunday night.

I'm A Celebrity continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
