I’m A Celebrity: Lady Colin Campbell And Chris Eubank Clash In Camp

I’m A Celebrity Lady Colin Campbell and Chris Eubank have clashed in camp.

Try saying that after one too many tequila shots.

The two butted heads after Lady C first refused to take part in the ‘Panic Pit’ Bushtucker Trial, telling Ant and Dec: “I’m not starting it, sorry. I have a cousin who was murdered by being buried alive, I’m not doing anything that is coffin-like or involves coffins.

“I’m really sorry about this, I would gladly be a sport.”

She then failed to win a meal for one of her fellow campmates in the Scare Fair challenge.

Things then took a turn for the worse when Deputy Camp Leader Chris suggested a punishment for those who fail tasks, saying: “Captain, as your deputy, I’m going to suggest to you that there’s a price to pay not for this time but the next, that there’s a price to pay if anyone fails.

“Maybe you give them more work. Maybe they do the dunny.”

Despite other campmates arguing that that wouldn’t be fair, he added: “But there should be something. To encourage people to actually try harder.”

Lady C was left particularly fuming by his suggestion, raging: “I tell you something, you’re singing one tune out of the side of your mouth now. Had you not got your aim you’d be singing a completely different tune out of the other side of your mouth.”

She later told Kieron Dyer: “Chris seems to think he is Petronius arbiter and should be the judge of everyone and everything.

“He also fancies himself as something of a philosopher and he’s decided that because he’s had a measure of success as a boxer that he’s in a position to tally everyone else’s score.

“I tried as hard as I could and if he does not realise that I did then that’s his problem, that’s not my problem and if Chris is so lacking in perception to see this I think no more need be said. I mean give me a break.

“The whole thing is just pathetic. I think it’s a flawed philosophy to believe impunity when it’s inappropriate. Chris needs to learn a little humility.”

Lady C also had a to-do with Brian Friedman during the show, with the two disagreeing about the best way to cook their 5* dinner of rice and beans.

Brian tried to inject some positivity into potentially the blandest meal the celebs have ever eaten, saying: “Dinner is going to be lovely.”

However, Lady Colin was more interested in keeping it real, hitting back: “It’s not. It’s going to be burnt and dreadful. Darling, all the optimism in the world is not going to turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse.”

Brian complained: “Lady C has now taken over as master chef so I can’t really do my duties and work it out in the kitchen the way I like to.”

With three reality stars set to join the camp, we have no doubt that this is only the start of all the arguments.
