I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here's Fred Sirieix has revealed the most challenging part of the show.
The First Dates maître d' took part in the latest series of the reality show, which saw Made in Chelsea's Sam Thompson crowned King of the Jungle.
In a recent interview with Metro, Fred explained just how difficult it was to cope with eating rice and beans.
"In the morning, you're given the rice and bean portions and you have to decide what you cook and when you're cooking," he said.

"So we'd usually have rice in the morning, beans for lunch and then keep something back for the evening. By the afternoon, your energy levels go down but you need to save energy to get water and wood. That's when you get hungry."
Whilst in the jungle, Fred took on the responsibility of cooking for the camp — which landed him in hot water once roles were changed.
As a result, the TV personality notably had a falling-out with This Morning star Josie Gibson over her cooking skills. Upon leaving the jungle, Fred revealed he got a telling off from his mum over the row.

"I spoke to my mum and she said, 'Frederick' — she calls me that when she's upset — 'What did you do with Josie? Why are you telling her what to do?'" he told This Morning.
"I got a telling off from my mum, she said it's unacceptable and she didn't want me to do it again... she was mad!"
He went on to clarify: "The meals Josie cooked were good. She could cook the meal on the day but I was concerned with how she would use and recycle the bones, vegetables and peels so we could make stock and improve the day after."
