I'm Ready for My Close-Up: Arctic Fox Makes Friends With Photographer

Photographer and adventurer Stefan Forster experienced a touching moment with a wild white arctic fox in Ilulissat, Greenland. The curious creature came over to Forster to investigate his SLR camera and even nibbled gently on the lens hood.

Forster told Storyful that the interaction took place after the fox had been in his company for around 20 minutes and got gradually closer. In his message to Storyful, Forster remarked that the moment was all the more poignant as he reflected on the high number of arctic foxes that are killed every year for the fur trade.
