Victoria Beckham has divided fans by having a watermelon as a cake for her 44th birthday.
The fashion designer celebrated her big day on Tuesday surrounded by her husband David and four children.
Keeping fans updated on the celebrations, she uploaded a clip of her 'birthday cake' being cut as her children sung her happy birthday.
She captioned the Instagram video: “Love from a very lucky mummy x I love u all so so much x “kisses @davidbeckham @brooklynbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #harper x”

Fans were left split on the lack of “cake” despite it being a celebration.
One wrote: “Most miserable cake I’ve ever seen eat some cake please.”

Meanwhile one said: “It's ok to have a piece of real cake on your birthday.”
However, others defended Beckham declaring themselves “jealous” over the “cake.”
A fan commented: “Ugh you’re too good for carbs even for your birthday. I'm so jealous.”

Beckham later posted on her Instagram story, footage of her sons decorating a “real” birthday cake, with her clarifying the watermelon dessert as her “breakfast cake.”
