Inside No. 9 wraps filming on last episodes
Inside No. 9 creators Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton have confirmed filming has officially wrapped on the show's final episodes.
The duo shared two separate images of the last clapboard used on set of the BBC horror comedy series, along with messages to their fans.
"Time to say goodbye to #InsideNo9 having just wrapped series 9," Pemberton wrote on Twitter / X. "This takes us to 55 episodes, a very decent innings. Mixed emotions but can't wait to share what we've made."

Shearsmith added: "The end. That's it for Inside No 9 series 9. What a journey the last ten years have been. But today we arrived at the final stop. So long. Farewell. And thanks for all your kind support and love for the show over the years. We'll miss it."
The pair previously announced in December 2022 that they would be taking an extended hiatus from Inside No 9 following the completion of its ninth series.
"We feel it is a good time to pause Inside No. 9 after we finish filming series nine next year," Pemberton explained at the time.
However, he also cautioned: "We're not saying it's over for good."
“After all, The League Of Gentlemen came back, but we won't be looking to make any more episodes for the time being."

Shearsmith and Pemberton branched off into Inside No 9 after working together on the equally beloved comedy series The League of Gentlemen and Psychoville.
Taking the form of a classic horror anthology, the darkly comic series featured the two working with a rotating cast of guest stars in their spooky stories.
It was recently announced that the guests for their final series will include Coronation Street's Katherine Kelly, Happy Valley star Siobhan Finneran, Matthew Kelly (Cold Blood), Eddie Marsan (Vera Drake) and Susan Wokoma (Chewing Gum), among many others.
Inside No 9 will air its final season on BBC Two soon.
