No terror group has yet officially claimed responsibility for the Manchester terror attack – but supporters of Isis have celebrated the attack online.

A video posted on social media shows an English speaking Isis supporter holding up a sign saying, ‘Manchester.’

He says, ‘This is only the beginning. The lions of Islamic State of Iraq and Sham are beginning to attack all the crusaders.’

Other Isis supporters said that the attack was retaliation for British involvement in bombing campaigns over Syria.

Terror analyst Michael S Smith said that the celebrations were a ‘strong indicator’ that the attack may be linked to supporters of Isis.

Isis has not yet officially claimed responsibility for the attack – with claims normally issued through their news agency, Amaq.
