It's hard to stand out on Britain's Got Talent these days, but one contestant will definitely be remembered after an unprecedented moment in his first audition. On the latest episode of the ITV talent show, judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli were stunned when Danny Platinum left the stage after introducing himself.

The Yorkshire musician stood out with his unique freestyle rap, starting outside of the venue in front of a crowd. He then transitioned to the stage leaving the judges and audience impressed.

Alesha asked: "Was that a genuine freestyle?" Danny replied: "Yeah so I made it up man. I stole my man's hat, I talked about my girl over there. I don't know these people. I haven't got the budget for it."

Simon Cowell told him: "I really like you Dan. I always say on this show, you get three or four minutes, a lot of people stay on the stage, you had this thought in your head, go outside, improvise, you did something different. It's going to be remembered."

Danny sailed through to the next round after getting a yes from all four judges. Viewers were seriously impressed by the performance and commented on the official Britain's Got Talent Instagram account.

One wrote: "That was a great audition." A second commented: "He was insane loved it."

Britain's Got Talent returns to ITV1 next Saturday night.
