New comedy drama Douglas Is Cancelled explores cancel culture, set in the world of TV news.
The series begins as national treasure, news anchor, Douglas Bellowes tells an inappropriate joke at a wedding and a clip goes viral. Will his career survive it? And is anyone he works with on his side?
Hugh Bonneville, known for his roles in Paddington, Downton Abbey, and Notting Hill, leads an all-star cast as he portrays Douglas himself. Alex Kingston plays Douglas' wife Sheila, while fellow Dr Who star Karen Gillan stars as Madeline.
