The former Towie star has now changed his life and is sober
James Argent has told how he once woke up with blood pouring down his face during his drug-taking days.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star has previously opened up about battling a cocaine addiction that led to two overdoses, but is now sober.
Opening up on The Cabin Recovery podcast, the Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins star recalled how he hit rock bottom.

"I remember waking up at the bottom of my staircase, with blood pouring down my face, I was like, 'Oh my God, where am I? What am I doing?'" he said.
"Screaming for help, but there was nobody around... I was in such a bad physical condition that I couldn't really stand up. I hadn't eaten for days on end.”
The star, 35, told how at one point he didn’t sleep for days.
"Over two years ago, it got that bad when I was literally having, I was picking up and I was continuously picking up and using, and I didn't have a wink of sleep for four days straight," he said.
Argent said he was in his house with doors locked, barricading himself in his room.
"Ultimate paranoia, ultimate psychosis," he said.
"I used to think that the walls in my house were caving in.
“I'll be honest with you, I've never really told anyone this, but for days I'd be holding my head like this in my room, crying and screaming, thinking the ceilings were going to cave in on me.”
Argent has now turned his life around, getting sober and shedding 14 stone following a gastric sleeve operation.

Speaking on the podcast, he said his health was now "number one".
