Jeezy may be known for being a famous rapper, but he is also a father to three kids: Jadarius, Amra and Monaco.

The artist (born Jay Jenkins) welcomed his first child, son Jadarius Dykes, in 1996 with Tynesha Dykes. His second child, daughter Amra Nor Jenkins, was born in 2014 to Jeezy and his then-partner, Mahlet “Mahi” Gebremedhin. He also shares daughter Monaco Mai Jenkins, born in 2022, with his ex Jeannie Mai Jenkins.

Though he filed for divorce from Mai Jenkins in September 2023, the pair will continue to co-parent Monaco, as Jeezy requested joint legal custody in documents obtained by PEOPLE.

While Jeezy's two older children grew up out of the spotlight, the rapper's youngest child has been in the public eye since the very beginning. The toddler even has her own Instagram account with over 200,000 followers.

In June 2023, Mai Jenkins spoke to PEOPLE about how it “takes a village” to raise a child, and how she and Jeezy wouldn’t have been able to do it without the support of their families. She elaborated that both she and her ex had a “family first” mindset.

From their passions to their hobbies, here’s everything to know about Jeezy’s kids.

Jeezy’s first son, Jadarius, was born in 1996 and has started following in his father’s footsteps as a rapper under the name YB Landlord. He grew up in Macon, Georgia, in a “street environment,” as he shared in an interview with The Progress Report in April 2022.

While he is proud to be Jeezy’s son, Jadarius explained that he wanted his own image, and didn’t want to be known professionally as “Lil Jeezy,” as some called him. He shared that he is “still part of [his] hood” and often returns to give back to the community.

“I know Jeezy my daddy but I don’t want to walk into a room and be like, ‘Whattup I’m Jeezy’s son,’ ” he said.

The young rapper was 9 years old when his father’s major label debut, Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, was released. Jadarius shared that he was proud of his father and all he’d accomplished, knowing where they came from and the "long road" it took.

“Success is different where we come from, we really had to earn our success,” he explained. “No matter what, I respect what my father did and what he stand for. Where we come from, the road is so long, so for us to think about anything outside of that or further than that you had to be a champion of your own mind.”

Jadarius and Jeezy have maintained a close relationship, and Jeezy was by his side when his son graduated high school in 2015. For his graduation gift, Jeezy gifted him a $100,000 check to International Fly Airlines, which was reported to be his son’s clothing line.

Jeezy’s second child was born in February 2014. He welcomed her with his former girlfriend Mahlet “Mahi” Gebremedhin.

Though Jeezy and Amra were photographed together attending events when she was a baby, not much is known about his daughter as Jeezy and her mother broke up, and she has led a private life since.

Jeezy’s third child, and first with Mai Jenkins, Monaco, was born on Jan. 21, 2022. Jenkins announced her birth with an Instagram post.

"I asked God for a life of love and happiness. He sent me my family," she wrote in the caption. "Baby Jenkins is here 🍼❤️."

A few months later, in April 2022, Mai Jenkins opened up about her new set of “twins” in the house, referring to Jeezy and Monaco.

"They're like two peas in a pod, and it doesn't help that she looks pretty much like him," Mai Jenkins told PEOPLE. "She has his eyes, she has his nose. I'm looking at my favorite twins in the world whenever I wake up."

She added that she loved to “discover new things” about both Jeezy and her daughter as they built their father-daughter bond.

"His parenting ways are funny, too," she said. "Like he sings these songs in a whole other key to Monaco that I've never heard him perform."

On Father’s Day, Mai Jenkins posted a tribute to Jeezy as he wore a matching blue-and-pink outfit with his infant daughter.

Despite her young age, both Jeezy and Mai Jenkins are already focused on instilling a good work ethic in Monaco.

In November 2022, Mai Jenkins opened up about how it was important to her to show her daughter a working mother.

“I actually got really emotional, because I watched my mom work, I watched her work at IBM, I watched her go for job interviews," she told PEOPLE. "We waited in lunch cafeterias for her to pick me up to go to school and tutoring. So I'm giving Monaco that exact firsthand grip on what it looks like to have a working mom, and I'm so proud of it."

Jeezy has also set a good example for Monaco when it comes to professional success. Following the release of his memoir Adversity for Sale, the proud parents shared a photo of Monaco posing with the New York Times bestseller on her Instagram. The sweet snap was captioned: "Daddy, you’re the best bedtime story reader ever. And now your book on the New York Times best seller’s list too!!"

However, with two parents balancing full-time careers in the public eye, Mai Jenkins admitted it can be difficult to balance work and raising a child.

The television host shared with PEOPLE in June 2023 that she and Jeezy often rely on family to help them out when the busy pair get swamped with work.

“We have no problem calling somebody up to be like we're dropping her off or coming in 30 minutes,” she said.

Despite their busy schedules, Jeezy and Mai Jenkins find plenty of time to share special moments with Monaco. Her Instagram is full of photos of her enjoying boat rides, beach days and trips to the park with her parents — in addition to several snaps of Jeezy cuddling the baby girl close.

"My daddy. If it weren’t for you, Mommy would still be at da club," Mai Jenkins joked in the caption of one adorable photo of the father-daughter duo.
