Asked what she likes to munch when she is feeling a bit stressed, the US star replied: “A chip. Crunch, crunch, crunch.”

The interviewer then clarified that the star meant that she just ate a single crisp (referred to as 'chips' across the pond), checking: “Just one chip?”
“Usually," Aniston confirmed. "I'm good at that. I can have one M&M, one chip. I know, that's so annoying.”
The actor also shared that she makes sure she only drinks alcohol in moderation too.
Asked her top tipple, she said: “A margarita - clean, no sugar - or a dirty martini. I only have two to three drinks, tops, and I don't do exotic. When someone asks, ‘Would you like a cranberry-coconut-cucumber-spiced or hibiscus whatever?’ No, I would not.”
