Jennifer Aniston 'working on something' with 'Friends' co-stars but denies reboot
It's been 15 years since Friends came to an end but its fanbase hasn't given up hopes of a reunion for the cast members, something which Jennifer Aniston has now teased is a possibility.
The Rachel Green star has shot down the idea of a reboot, but has teased there may be "something" on the horizon.
Speaking with Ellen Degeneres on her US talk-show, Aniston, 50, denied there would be a reboot but did add: "We would love for there to be something, but we don't know what that something is.
"So we're just trying. We're working on something."
The iconic programme recently celebrated its 25th anniversary having started in 1994, lasting for ten seasons before coming to an end in 2004.
Earlier this month, Aniston caused a frenzy on Instagram when she joined the photo-sharing platform and put up a snap of herself with her Friends co-stars.
She captioned the photo: "And now we’re Instagram FRIENDS too. HI INSTAGRAM."
With Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Le Blanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer reunited for the first time in years, fans rushed to Aniston's profile which caused glitches for the app.
The actor also managed to set a new Instagram record as she accrued one million followers in five hours and 16 minutes, with previous record holders Meghan Markle and Prince Harry reaching the milestone in five hours and 45 minutes earlier in the year.
