Jeremy Corbyn makes a boob of awkward high five with Emily Thornberry
Jeremy Corbyn was caught on camera appearing to accidentally slap Emily Thornberry in the chest as he tried to high five her..
The Labour leader was celebrating in his constituency of Islington North after holding on to his seat for Labour.
But his attempt to applaud the victory with his colleague went awry. After pointing at Ms Thornberry with a wide grin on his face, Corbyn went in for the high five, but ended up missing his target by quite some way.

Thankfully the pair seemed unperturbed, and carried on as if nothing had happened.
The encounter didn’t go unnoticed on Twitter, where users advised the Labour leader to improve his high fiving technique.
