Johnny Depp's Daughter Lily-Rose Defends Her Dad Amid Domestic Abuse Allegations

Earlier this week Amber Heard was granted a restraining order against her estranged husband, Johnny Depp, alleging that the Hollywood actor had physically abused her.

Johnny has denied all claims against him, with his lawyer claiming that Amber is “alleging abuse to secure a premature financial resolution”, and now the star’s seventeen-year-old daughter Lily-Rose has got involved.

The teen model, whose mother is Vanessa Paradis, took to Instagram this morning to share a throwback of herself with her dad alongside the caption: “My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know, he’s been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same.”

Lily-Rose has not directly addressed the allegations but her 1.7million followers took to the comment section to debate whether or not Amber’s claims against her husband were true.

One fan wrote: “We will support Johnny as much as we can! All my life I follow his career and was inspired of his talent. The greatest person and perfect father as I can see) we love Depp’s family.”

Others, however, were less accepting, adding: “Why would Amber lie?”

“My dad is sweet to me too but he’s a b*tch to [other] people so whatever.”

“Doesn’t change the fact that he abused Amber Heard”.

Photos of Amber’s bruised face circulated the Internet on Friday after the actress and model claimed that Johnny had thrown an iPhone at her and that she was “living in fear” following “years of abuse”.

One of the couple’s neighbours has come forward to support Amber’s allegations in court and a source has also revealed that Johnny was “driven insane” by paranoid fears that Amber was having an affair with her friend Cara Delevingne.
