The View icon Joy Behar is still in the Halloween spirit, as the 81-year-old cohost brandished a pair of nipple covers and then wore them as a mask over her eyes during a Hot Topics discussion about Kim Kardashian, breasts, and merkins.

Moderator Whoopi Goldberg praised the businesswoman and reality TV personality for launching a new line of undergarments with a "built-in nipple," according to a commercial, which the Oscar-winning actress said would be great for people who've had mastectomies.

"This girl could sell a blow-dryer to Patrick Stewart. He's bald," Behar quipped amid the chat, before pulling out a pair of stick-on nipple covers to give a tutorial on how people use them to cover up their chests underneath their tops.

"For years, we've been using these," she said. "These are things you put on to cover the nips. I appreciate the mastectomy comments very much, but this is for everybody. She thinks it's a fashion thing now to show your nipples. When they come up with something about drooping boobies, then we'll talk."

The conversation continued, all while Behar held on to her plastic companions — which Goldberg confirmed she was wearing on the show at that very moment.

Legal expert Sunny Hostin chimed in, citing a "fashion trend" of not showing "erect nipples through your clothing because it seemed like you're selling sex," to which Behar responded by holding the nipple covers over her eyes and exclaiming, "See no evil, hear no evil, wear no nips!"

Hostin added that she adored Kardashian's initiative, as the line also aims to raise awareness about climate change.

"There is a climate change issue. There's an issue with so many women and men suffering from breast cancer. I thought it was so ingenious," Hostin said. "My first reaction was, 'I don't want erect nipples,' and then I thought, 'Hmm, maybe I do want erect nipples."

The other cohosts batted the idea around, and Behar closed the segment by joking that she would start her "own merkin business" of false hair pieces to cover people's genitals.

"Here's the thing: Only you would know you had it on," Goldberg replied.

"And my husband," Behar said before the camera cut to executive producer Brian Teta, who urged the ladies to wrap up their chat. Goldberg threw the show to commercial, while Behar flashed her nipple-covering costars to the camera one final time.

The View airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET on ABC.
