Justice League: Zack Snyder reveals quip-filled new footage at CinemaCon

Cinema Con has offered attendees some exciting exclusive first looks at numerous upcoming feature films, including Blade Runner 2049, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Thor: Ragnarok.

Those lucky few at Warner Bros. panel were treated, not only to five members of the Justice League showing up - Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) - but also to some quip-tastic new footage.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the footage began with Jeremy Irons’s Alfred telling Batman to take a break after working tirelessly assembling a team of heroes.

Wonder Woman - played by Gal Gadot - is also in the BatCave. She jokes how Bruce got his money’s worth out of the $1 million security system because it took him almost a minute to disable the entire thing.

Skip forward to Batman and The Flash standing on a roof when the BatSignal shines into the sky. "Oh, awesome. It's the Batsignal! That's your signal,” The Flash excitedly says, before apologising: "That means we have to go now. That's so cool.”

Speaking at the panel, director Zack Snyder said: "Justice League is a culmination of a journey that for me has been seven years. I'm a huge fan of these characters and this is a dream come true to bring them all together in this single film.”

Earlier in the Warner Bros. presentation, footage from both Wonder Woman and Aquaman were also shown, as were clips from the upcoming The Lego Nijango Movie.

Justice League reaches cinemas 17 November. A trailer for the film - which was also shown to the audience - debuted online earlier this month.
