Justin Bieber To Establish Own Music Label - And Hunt For A New Popstar

Justin Bieber has had – to put it lightly – a pretty successful year. No.1 singles left, right and centre, it’s safe to say he’s dominated the charts for the past 12 months.

And now, it seems his reign over of the airwaves is set to continue, as the ‘Sorry’ singer is set to launch his own music label.

Justin, alongside his manager Scooter Braun, are in discussions with Universal Music to establish their own label and are on the hunt for some fresh new talent.

According to The Sun, Justin’s particularly interested in finding a number of female artists (ahem) as well as a band,

Speaking to the paper, a source close to the Biebs said:“Justin, Scooter and their lawyers are working on creating their own record label in partnership with Universal where Justin will sign his own artists”

“With the help of Scooter, he wants to create a label which would allow him to pick up performers that he believes in and do for them what Usher did for him.”

“He wants to make sure he is still a big player in the music industry even when his own music career starts to die down.”

He’s been taking advice from his mentor Usher, as well as 2016’s other big name – Drake.
