Kanye West hospitalised

It has been reported that Kanye West was hospitalised last night after he cancelled the remaining dates on his ‘Saint Pablo Tour’.

The ‘Famous’ rapper is now said to be receiving treatment at UCLA Medical centre for “exhaustion” and “sleep deprivation”.

A source told People magazine: “He is exhausted and currently dealing with sleep deprivation. He went to the hospital at will under the advice of his physician.”

Earlier on Monday, the Los Angeles Police Department received calls of a disturbance at Kanye’s home that was later deemed a “medical emergency”.

A spokesperson said: “At 1.20pm, the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to an unspecified medical aid request in the 900 block of North Laurel Avenue.

“An adult male described as medically stable was taken to an area hospital for assessment.”

The news follows Kanye’s erratic behaviour at his concert in Sacremento on Saturday night. The star turned up late and then took aim at Beyoncé and Jay Z, telling the crowd before fleeing the stage: “Jay Z I know you got killas. Please don’t send them at my head. If you keep following old models, your ass is going to get Hillary Clinton’d. Don’t go dissing Beyoncé, she’s great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great.”

Yesterday, his wife Kim Kardashian West cancelled her first public appearance with her family since being robbed at gunpoint in Paris and flew back to Los Angeles from New York to be by Kanye’s side.

When his mother-in-law Kris Jenner was questioned about Kanye’s abrupt cancellation of his tour at the Angel Ball, she confirmed he is suffering with exhaustion.he told Entertainment Tonight: “I think he’s exhausted. Just really tired. It’s a gruelling tour.”
