Katie Price is reported to be desperately seeking an emergency court intervention to avoid being booted out of her infamous Mucky Mansion.

The former glamour model, whose fortune once peaked at £50 million, is grappling with two overdue mortgages on her West Sussex property valued at £1.3 million, alongside a hefty unpaid tax bill of £750,000 contributing to her overall debt of £3 million, reports the Mirror.

Creditors have successfully obtained eviction orders from Horsham County Court, demanding that she vacate the residence by the month's end so it can be sold off to pay down her debts.

However, Katie is not giving up without a fight, subsequently requesting a court hearing to argue for her right to remain in the property, which serves as both her family home and the hub for her OnlyFans content creation business, it's reported.

An insider disclosed: "This really is Katie's last chance. She'll also have to prove that she can retrieve the financial situation by showing she can start settling her debts because it won't be enough to just say it is her house and place of business. She's going to have to stump up some readies and quickly."

At 45, the bankrupt mother of five faces the grim reality of an eviction notice for her notorious Mucky Mansion, with only days left to clear out.

A subsequent notice was spotted outside the model's abode, dated May 3 2024, serving as a stark reminder that time is running out for her to save her property from being taken over.

The first eviction letter to the renowned star denotes that "the eviction will take place on May 29th, 2024, at 10am", providing her with just two weeks to relocate.

The Horsham County Court-issued order for eviction is addressed to both Katie and "any other occupiers".

It mandates her "to arrange to leave the property with [her] belongings before this time and date".

The legal document further clarifies: "The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant. A warrant empowers a county court bailiff to evict you and transfer possession to the claimant. A writ allows a High Court Enforcement Officer to evict you and transfer possession to the claimant. In this notice the term 'Authorised Person' is employed to denote either the Bailiff or the High Court Enforcement Officer."

Initially, Katie Price's spokesperson refrained from commenting when questioned about her appeal for an urgent court hearing. Later they commented: "As you say it's a legal matter...a private matter so therefore I won't be confirming anything."

Earlier this month, it was speculated that Katie was confronting a "real risk" of losing her £2million West Sussex property, notoriously called the Mucky Mansion, due to escalating financial troubles.

The model recently caught media attention again as she dodged her second bankruptcy hearing, electing to jet off to Cyprus with her current partner, JJ Slater.

Faced with bankruptcy for the second time earlier this year after failing to settle a tax bill exceeding £750,000 with HM Revenue and Customs, Katie purchased her home back in 2014 for a neat £1.3million.

Since then, the property has become famous in her Channel 4 renovation show as she transformed it from a state of disrepair.

In March, Katie confidently reassured her followers that her 'Mucky Mansion' was safe despite her financial issues, proclaiming: "You've followed my life, my journey, I say it as it is. Yes, I'm in a bankruptcy. But guess what? I own my house. No one could take it off me as well."

In that same month, the High Court ruled that Katie would have to yield half of her monthly income.

The court was notified that trustees had requested an income payment order, intending to divert some of Katie's earnings towards paying off her outstanding debts.

Insolvency practitioner Joshua Harris from Harris and Partners warned: "Price faces the risk of losing her £2million property, which highlights the severe realities of bankruptcy."

He added with serious emphasis on the situation at hand: "In situations of substantial debt, asset repossession is a real threat, used by creditors to recover what they are owed. Not settling financial duties can lead to severe outcomes, including the loss of valuable assets and further financial hardship."

In October last year, Katie admitted that she was "fed up" with persistent lawsuit threats.

Regarding her financial insolvency, she has even said that she's been in a courtroom "more times than I've had hot dinners", and that going to jail wouldn't faze her.

To keep her head above water financially, Katie has reportedly resorted to making money from OnlyFans and selling personalised messages to her fans.
