Katie Price's transition to a new "smaller" home has been beset by problems after moving out of her infamous Mucky Mansion.

The ex-glamour model vacated her notorious West Sussex mansion last month, opting for a luxurious four-bedroom house instead. She had lived in her previous property, which she purchased for £1.3 million, since 2014.

On The Katie Price Show, the 46-year-old shared her experiences of living "surrounded by boxes". She also discussed the challenges she was facing in her new home with her sister, Sophia, reports the Mirror.

Recording the podcast from her car, Katie explained: "There's no WiFi put in yet so, obviously I'm not driving, I'm a passenger."

She later added: "I can't watch telly and I can't hotspot because there's no signal so that was the drama for that."

Katie says she was also having issues trying to furnish her new home although admitted it was her own "impatience" meaning she couldn't find the right colour appliances.

She continued: "I went to John Lewis and it's always the way, when you go you always see stuff you want. But then when you go and you know what you want to get, they never have anything you want.

"I wanted a pink Smeg toaster and they didn't have one. Because I'm impatient I got the white set but the white set goes, because the kitchen is navy, white and blue, but I've put all colour [pieces around], and I've got my pink stools. It actually looks nice and that in the kitchen."

Katie Price has moved out of her notorious 'Mucky Mansion' after a series of misfortunes, including an eviction notice for unpaid taxes and being declared bankrupt for the second time this year.

Additionally, her pink Range Rover was reportedly targeted in a vandalism attack with acid.

The celebrity has been vocal about her disdain for the mansion, describing her experience as "nine years of hell" due to issues like fly-tipping and alleged paranormal activity.

She has previously expressed her feelings about the property: "I absolutely have hated my mansion. I tell you why, nine years of hell I've had there. Fly-tipping, it's haunted... and I am living with it. And whoever buys that house, good luck! I hate it."
