A NEW KEBAB shop which has now reopened in Stroud has received a top food hygiene grade.

The former Best Kebab and Pizza House in Gloucester Street, Stroud, which was rated on June 27, reopened recently as Best Kebab.

The unit closed almost two years ago for a revamp.

Hygiene ratings are scored from 0-5, with five being the highest.

Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
