Yahoo News Kerry Katona left with 'no idea' as she shows off daughter's incredible talent
Kerry Katona has been bigged up by her fans after saying she has 'no idea' where her daughter gets her singing talent from after wowing with a video of her belting out a tune in her room.
The former Atomic Kitten star's daughter Heidi shared a clip of herself singing in her bedroom on social media. The 16-year-old, who Kerry shares with ex Mark Croft, wowed her followers after posting the video of herself singing Adele's huge hit Rumour Has It alongside a piano on her TikTok page.
The compliments on Heidi's voice quickly came flooding in and on Thursday morning (June 20), Kerry shared the video to her own Instagram page and said: "I have no idea where she gets it from!!!!! It’s Definitely not me [crying laughing emoji] @heidikatona."

And the comments again were quick to come in. @suzy_esh_aesthetics_with_care said: "She’s so good!!!! Some may remember that Heidi previously appeared on The Voice Kids. Young Heidi became emotional during her rendition of Jasmine Thomas' version of I Try by Macy Gray on the ITV singing show back in 2020.
She managed to impress three of the star coaches, with Will.i.am, Danny and Paloma all turning around in their famous red chairs in a bid to mentor Heidi, with the then-12-year-old choosing Paloma.
Meanwhile, the video comes after Kerry revealed that Heidi is preparing to leave the family home to attend a performing arts school in Liverpool following her GCSEs. The mum-of-five admitted she isn't ready to wave her daughter off, and so treated her to "a little date night in London" to celebrate Heidi securing her place. She said in her OK! Magazine column last month: "We have such a laugh together – she’s my golden child.
"She’s moving to Liverpool to go to a performing arts school in the summer once she finishes her GCSEs and I’m really going to miss her. I can’t cope!" She then shared her special bond with Heidi, as she added: "She hates to admit it, but Heidi is definitely a mummy’s girl, so she’ll miss me too." She then commented, in reference to two of her children: "Soon I’m only going to have Max and DJ at home, who will still be at each other’s throats."
