Khloe Kardashian sparks engagement rumours after finally confirming pregnancy

After months of speculation, Khloe Kardashian finally took to social media to confirm that she and her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, are expecting their first baby in an emotional Instagram post last night.

However, in true Kardashian style, Khloe has shut down one long-running rumour and replaced it with another, with fans now speculating whether Khloe and Tristan are secretly engaged, or even married.

The reality star announced her exciting baby news by posting an artistic black and white photo of her and Tristan’s hands cradling her growing baby bump, and it didn’t take long for fans to zoom in on two new rings on Khloe’s left hand.

In fact, after the excitement from Khloe’s long-awaited confirmation had worn off, the rings were all that her followers could talk about, with one commenting on the snap: “Have they tied the knot now as well? Are they gonna make us wait another 6 months before announcing the marriage?”

Another added: “Is Khloe engaged? Because she has a ring on THAT finger”.

Captioning the post, Khloe said that her pregnancy was her “greatest dream realised”, adding: “I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life!

“Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!!

“You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you’ve been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love!”

The star also explained why she took so long to confirm that she is pregnant, continuing: “I know we’ve been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us.

“Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it’s the best bundle of feelings I’ve ever felt in my life!”

The star was immediately inundated with well-wishes and congratulatory messages, with the likes of Cheryl, Millie Bobby Brown and Bella Hadid commenting on the post.

Khloe and Tristan have been together for over a year, with the professional basketball player often appearing in Khloe’s family’s docu-series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
