Killing Eve has been one of the most unmissable TV shows of this year, and we can't wait for a second season.

Luckily that is one step closer to happening, as star Jodie Comer has revealed that filming has wrapped.

The actress, who plays obsessive assassin Villanelle in the show, posted a photo of her folded up face on Instagram, writing: "A perfect representation of how I feel now S2 of @killingeve is completed. That’s right guys, ITS A WRAP!

"Thank you to the entire crew for making this experience what it was! We’ve been living in each others pockets for the last 6 months and it’s been a nothing but good times! Love you all so much. Now I’m going to eat my feelings..."

A six month shoot seems like a long shoot for (what we're assuming is) an eight episode season, but that makes us think that the complex choreography and stunts are going to be even bigger and better than before.

Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge isn't writing the second season, and while Comer did say she was initially worried about the quality going down, she is more than pleased with who is penning the return.

We are hoping that season two will answer all the questions and theories after that cliffhanger.
