Yahoo News Kim Kardashian confirms she and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are going to become a family of six.
The couple, who wed in 2014, confirmed they are expecting their fourth child together with the help of a surrogate.
Kim appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen alongside sisters Khloe and Kourtney when she revealed the news.
Rumours started spreading that the reality star and her rapper husband were expecting around Christmas time, and the 38-year-old revealed how the rumours had started.
"Well, it's out there,” she said. “I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people. I can't remember who I told, because I never get drunk."
She confirmed they were expecting a boy and he would be arriving "sometime soon".
The couple are already parents to three children, daughter North, five, son Saint, three and 11-month-old Chicago who was born via a surrogate.

Kris Jenner’s daughter suffers from a condition called placenta accreta, where the placenta attaches to uterine wall, making it hard to remove following birth.
Following complications and surgery she was told having more children naturally would be difficult, so got the help of a surrogate.
After giving birth to North, Kim described giving birth with the condition on her blog.

"My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails," she wrote. "How disgusting and painful.
“My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before. My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that-it was the most painful experience of my life! They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal.”
