What did you miss?

Kim Woodburn launched a scathing tirade about Lorraine Kelly after the Scottish TV presenter's cutting remarks about Nigel Farage, saying: "She's a stupid, stupid woman."

Speaking on her ITV daytime show, Kelly had earlier mocked the divisive politician for the way he looked at 59 years of age after Farage shocked Josie Gibson with his naked jungle shower on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!.

She said: "I thought he was a hell of a lot older than that. That's astonishing. Just shows you... you get the face you deserve!"

Discussing the incident with GB News presenter Patrick Christys was the force of nature that is Kim Woodburn, and former Loose Women panelist Jeni Barnett - who went each other over whether Kelly should apologise for body-shaming Farage.

What, how and why?

The debate saw Woodburn clash with Barnett over their differing opinions about Kelly's Farage comments.

"If you're gonna go on I'm a Celebrity, you are putting yourself up in the stocks for people to throw tomatoes at you," Barnett said.

"Nigel Farage has done a great deal of damage and if anybody can have a go at him, they will. Lorraine Kelly hasn't got a nasty bone in her body," she added, before calling this very debate "nonsense".

Invited to clap back by Christys, the 'Queen of Clean' raged: "Look my love, she's a stupid, stupid woman. Let's face it now. How old is she, 63? She's like a child in a playground.

"He is in there, he's doing a splendid job. He's polite and courteous, he's done the [Bushtucker] Trial and got every star - leave him alone. Lorraine Kelly, you ain't all that dear! You ain't all that!"

Barnett could be seen shaking her head in disbelief over this attack.

"I just think throwing personal jibes at someone like Lorraine is so low, it's not about that," she replied.

"Celebrity is about people-watching and seeing other people be humiliated. Coco Chanel said we have three faces: one we're born with, one we create, and one we deserve.

"It's not something new to Lorraine Kelly... I think this is just wanting to knock anybody and people should be allowed to make jokes about a show like Celebrity."

Woodburn took umbrage with Barnett's argument but their conversation violently erupted when the latter attempted to interject.

"I'm speaking, shut up! You've had your say! Shut up for a minute!" She yelled.

"The point is, you are not supposed to be scrutinised for your face or your bum, or your knockers... Are we children? She's 63, I hope she scrutinises you dear, I wonder what you'd say then! Wait until that happens to you and I bloody well hope it does - you deserve it for backing Lorraine, she was rude and nasty."

What else happened on GB News?

According to Barnett, ITV once asked her to do I'm a Celebrity, but one thing majorly put her off: her whole family refused to ever speak to her again if she accepted.

On the subject of body-shaming, she also openly admitted that her husband Jim Bywater says he's reminded of how old he is when she's standing naked in front of him.

"Now I thought that was quite amusing!" Barnett said.
