An emotional Kimberley Walsh was reunited with her 'babies' after the longes period she's spent away from them as she kicked off a busy touring schedule with Girls Aloud. The band performed multiple shows in both Dublin and Belfast as they kicked off their Girls Aloud The Show tour.

The tour has been dedicated to their late bandmate Sarah Harding, who was diagnosed with breast cancer and died in September 2021, aged 39. During the show, Kimberley, Cheryl, Nicola Roberts and Nadine Coyle performed a duet with Sarah, whose vocals to song I’ll Stand By You played as the group sang along live on-stage

After two back-to-back opening nights in Dublin’s 3Arena last Friday and Saturday, the foursome played two further concerts at the SSE Arena in Belfast on Monday and Tuesday, before they head to Manchester's AO Arena from Thursday (May 23) to Saturday (May 25).

But ahead of heading up north, Kimberley headed back to her London home where she was reunited with her young children - Bobby, Cole and Nate - who she shared with her husband Justin Scott.

Sharing a picture from the plane, the mum-of-three wrote to her Instagram followers: "Home to my babies," with a face holding back tears emoji and a raising hands emoji. She then shared a sweet photo of her sharing a cuddle with her beaming youngest and said: "Back with his mama nad his new gold lightning queen," referring to the toy cars he joyously gripped in the snap.

And it was clear they'd missed their mum being around as Kimberley was later fighting tears as she shared a picture of two of her boys laying in her bed surrounded by pillows. "When they know mummy is only back for one night," the singer and presenter wrote alongside a crying face emoji and a broken heart.
