The agent of Kylian Mbappe has dropped another hint over his next club after Liverpool links.

Prior to his lucrative move to Paris Saint-Germain, the Reds were interested in luring the Frenchman to Merseyside following his rise in the AS Monaco ranks. However, the Parisiens gazumped Liverpool, and the 25-year-old has gone on to become one of the most coveted assets in world football.

Real Madrid have been long-standing suitors for Mbappe and came close to joining the Spanish giants in 2022. However, he turned down an approach from Los Blancos and signed a new deal in the French capital.

This summer, his contract expires and in the build-up to June, a lot has been speculated over the striker's next club with Carlo Ancelotti's side installed as the favourites. Despite that, plus Liverpool's openness that they couldn't afford the striker, the Reds have been frequently linked with his services.

Fayza Lamari, also the mother of the French star, held a farewell party with over 250 guests said to have attended in Paris. As the event finished, she was asked where her son would be playing his football next season. She was quoted by ESPN saying: "You all know it already."

It comes after multiple reports that Madrid and Mbappe had reached an agreement that would see him join the likes of Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Jr.

Meanwhile, The Telegraph have named Liverpool among the list of Premier League clubs interested in Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey. The 22-year-old made his top-flight debut aged 19 under Dean Smith and enjoyed a spell under Reds icon Steven Gerrard, during his tenure at Villa Park.

It has been suggested that Unai Emery's side could bid farewell to defender Diego Carlos, which wouldn't ease the threat of profit and sustainability rules but would free up space within the playing budget. However, a sale of Ramsey would be a boost for PSR as any sale would be banked as '100 percent profit'.

Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United join Liverpool as the clubs named as admirers of the midfielder but he has no desire to leave his boyhood club after making 122 appearances for Villa. With the club back in the Champions League following their fourth-place finish, Ramsey is said to be excited over the prospect and clubs would be deterred by the hefty asking price, in the event of concrete interest.

A sale isn't entirely off the cards, albeit unlikely, as the Telegraph report adds that he is only expected to leave the club if Emery's side have to bring in money and have failed to sell other players.
