Kylie Jenner’s new wax work is so realistic even her famous family struggled to tell whether or not it was real.

Jenner, 19, was introduced to her waxy doppelganger at the grand unveiling at Madame Tussauds Hollywood.

The freakishly similar wax work is modelled on Jenner’s look from the 2016 Met Gala complete with the silver Balmain dress, metallic heels and a sleek short hair style.

Jenner cosied up to her lookalike as she posed for a series of pictures – including a Snapchat with the dog face filter.

I made her FaceTime my whole family .. fooled everyone 😫😍

She shared the picture on Instagram alongside the caption: “I made her FaceTime my whole family .. fooled everyone.”

On another full length picture she wrote: “Thanks @tussaudsla for this amazing honour! Go visit my girl tomorrow in Hollywood and see the actual dress I wore to the Met Gala last year! (sic).”

The wax work reportedly took half a year to make and cost $350,000.

The unveiling comes weeks after the young business woman made it on to Forbes' annual highest-paid entertainers list.

The reality TV star took 59th place with estimated earnings of $41m (£32m), to become the youngest member on the coveted list.

She raked in the hefty fortune thanks to her family series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, her cosmetics company and several endorsements and appearances.
