Lady Colin Campbell has become the first (well, second if you count Kieron Dyer’s almost departure) campmate to shout ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ just days before the final.

She may be controversial, but we’re definitely going to miss her.

Lady C has since been spotted at the Versace hotel on Australia’s Gold Coast, which is where evicted contestants, along with friends and family, stay during the series.

An ITV spokesman confirmed her departure, explaining: “Lady C has left the jungle on medical grounds.”

No further details about said ‘medical grounds’ have been released, although a friend of hers told the Mirror that there was ‘a lot more to tell’.

Lady C quickly cemented herself as a controversial campmate, refusing to take part in a challenge after being labelled the ‘least hard-working’ by Tony Hadley and continually being voted to take part in Bushtucker Trials.

She refused to start the ‘Panic Pit’ trial due to her cousin’s tragic death, but triumphed in other trials, particularly the dreaded eating challenge, in which she chomped down on a whole bunch of nasty dinners, making sure to use her knife and fork of course.

Just a pity she didn’t get to wear her pearls for the meal, eh?

She won a night’s stay in the jungle boutique hotel with fellow campmates Chris Eubank and Kieron Dyer, which later led to a HUGE row over Tony Hadley and Jorgie Porter’s refusal to serve them during their stay.

She was also at the centre of soup-gate and emu-poo-gate.

Her departure will be shown on tonight’s show (8.30pm, ITV), and as a result of her leaving, the latest viewer vote has been cancelled. You can get a full refund if you voted by phone.

A new vote will open in tonight’s show which will determine who’ll be next to leave the jungle.
