Lavish new Edinburgh bar announces opening date on Leith Walk with 'local' feel

An exciting new pub has opened its doors for customers on Edinburgh's Leith Walk.

Restaurant group, Vittoria, which run multiple restaurants across the city such as Taste of Italy, Bertie's and Divino have opened up their new venture, Brunswick Book Club, in what was previously part of the Vittoria eatery.

The team behind the new venue hoped to create a new 'Leith Local' offering beers, cocktails and comfort food. They opened their doors for customers on Friday, May 3, at 10am on Brunswick Street.

"We were passionate about creating a great new local for Leith and are thrilled your new space as much as we've loved creating it for you. Today we're celebrating.

"This weekend marks our official opening - kicking off the weekend with some sunshine, delicious bites, some cracking cocktails and of course great craic. Come on over and join us, open from 10am to late".

The group previously stressed that Vittoria on the Walk will not be closing and will be relocated on the Brunswick Road corner (10 second walk) and will have a brand new "refreshing" look.
