As a shopping and lifestyle editor (that’s literally what I get paid to do), it’s my symbolically sworn duty to never gatekeep products I love that are truly worth the buy. And I’ve abided by that for my entire professional career — well, mostly.

Unfortunately, I’ve kept my favorite pair of sunglasses hidden for the better part of a decade. In my defense, I did buy them in college — however, it’s time for me to atone for my editor sins. The sunglasses in question are The Last Lolita from Le Specs.

Born out of a collab between Le Specs x Adam Selman, the iconic slim black cat eye sunglasses are the most flattering and chic pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned, dating back to my days as a seasoned Claire’s and Limited Too shopper.

They’re also beloved by so many celebs — including Beyonce, Rihanna, Dua Lipa and Gigi Hadid. You know, if you’re into the celeb-approved thing. (I very much am).

Finished in classic black with smoke mono lenses, the Le Specs Last Lolita cat-eye sunglasses are made with polycarbonate plastic, which is lightweight, durable and impact-resistant. The sunglasses are also fitted with shatterproof and scratch-resistant polycarbonate lenses.

They're also on super sale right now!

One of the (many) reasons why I love these retro cat-eye Le Specs is the slim fit. I have an incredibly small nose with a steep slope — meaning most sunglasses either completely overwhelm my face or immediately slide off at the first hint of sweat. And I’m a sweaty person.

Honestly, the cat-eye Le Specs look great in every situation — and I’ve worn them in just about every situation. Minus, like, scaling Mount Everest because my workout of choice is a leisurely walk to get iced coffee.

Obviously not comparing myself to Beyoncé or Gigi Hadid, but look how perfect they are for a beach vacation!

The sunglasses even look great with cold-weather fits, including a more functional than chic ski coat and a mask!

If black isn’t your thing, the sunglasses are also available in a statement-making white. Honestly, they’re just as cute, and I might just pick up a pair myself.

Pssst, the white is also on super sale.

I mean, you can never have too many sunglasses. And anyone who says so isn’t someone worth having in your life.
