Leeds United take look at England youth winger Manchester United and West Ham like

Leeds United are monitoring the situation with young Rangers winger Archie Stevens amid a flurry of interest in the player. The England under-18 international has made just one senior appearance so far for the Ibrox club but is regarded as one of the Glasgow giants' brightest young players.

The Whites are expected to lose Crysencio Summerville this summer and will see Jack Harrison head back to Everton on a season-long loan deal, are in need of reinforcements out wide. While Stevens would not be seen as a direct replacement for either of those players, there is a belief the 18-year-old is ready for first team football next season and Leeds have a good record of developing young talent, as seen with Summerville.

Daniel Farke's side are not the only ones tracking the Rangers rising star, with West Ham United, Nottingham Forest and Wolverhampton Wanderers also being linked, while Manchester United reportedly registered their interest in the player last year.

Stevens is about to enter the final year of his contract at Rangers, with the Glasgow club knowing they either need to tie him down to a new contract in the next few weeks or say goodbye to him for the best fee they can get this summer. Stevens was signed in 2022 from AFC Wimbledon after Rangers won a hotly-contested battle for the teenager's services
