We're not sure what it is, but there's something about Love Island that is making people absolutely obsessed with it. You can't even go on Twitter without someone talking about how much they love Camilla or how muggy Mike was.

And now it turns out that even rockstars aren't immune from the charms/mind control of the ITV2 reality show.

In an interview with Jo Whiley on BBC Radio 2, Liam Gallagher made the admission that he stopped watching Glastonbury because Love Island was on.

We wonder why...

"I watched Dizzee Rascal from my room," he confessed. "Then I watched Love Island."

Jo Whiley responded in the same way we all would, by raising an eyebrow (we assume) and asking him... really?!

"Without a doubt, mate," he added. "That's where it's at.

"I've had four years of doing nothing, you know what I mean? I've gotta do something and I've gone to the dark side and Love Island it is."

Both Liam and Noel Gallagher sang 'Don't Look Back in Anger' at the iconic music festival this past weekend – not together though, of course.

Liam also hit out at his brother for not singing the track with him at the One Love Manchester fundraising concert a few weeks ago.

The former Oasis singer launched his solo career recently, with the music video for 'Wall of Glass' looking like it could have come straight out of 1997.
