Liam Gallagher Teaming Up With Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid For Comeback

Former Oasis frontman, Liam Gallagher, has reportedly enlisted the help of Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid to launch his comeback.

Which is pretty interesting, considering Liam referred to the band as ‘snore patrol’ in a tweet in 2012, which read: “Snore Patrol Noel Gallaghers high flying smurfs – who said rock n roll is dead. LG”.

According to reports, Johnny has agreed to help Liam with his solo career, following the break-up of his band Beady Eye in 2014.

A music insider told The Sun: “It’s all set to kick off with Liam, but this time it’s about the music.

“He’s actually been rather savvy, getting on board some established and well-respected writers, like Johnny, despite his negative views on Snow Patrol previously.

“Liam still has the support of the hardcore Oasis following who will be keen to buy his records.

“Whether or not he can still attract other music lovers will be down to his new material.”

It’s believed that Liam has also teamed up with American star Brendan Benson, who’s written with Jake Bugg, for his comeback music.
