Jade Thirlwall has sent fans wild by revealing when her debut solo single will be out, as the Little Mix star delivered a major update on Instagram.

Since The X Factor winners went their separate ways at the end of their Confetti, Jade's bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards have both released solo singles, with both of them shooting straight to the top of the iTunes charts with Don't Say Love and Forget About Us, with Perrie also reaching number 6 in the official charts and since following it up with her latest hit Tears.

Having given a few hints that she'd be working hard behind the scenes on her solo music and being spotted filming something in London a few months ago, Jade finally broke the news that she will be bringing out Angel of my Dreams on Friday, July 19. The South Shields star revealed all in an Instagram post, with her also offering her millions of fans a first listen to the track.

The reaction to Jade's news was huge, with one of the first people to comment being Tulisa, the N-Dubz singer who mentored Little Mix to X Factor victory back in 2011. She replied: "Yes baby girl" as Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts was one of many others to also share their excitement.

Fans were beside themselves over the news, having waited so long for an announcement. One responded: "I’m ready.. and I said it with some determination" as another wrote: "Love everyone but saved the best till last!!! And sounds like a proper tune."
