Liverpool Beaten In FA Cup Final Warm Up

Fulham secured their first ever win at Anfield with a 1-0 victory over a much changed Liverpool side, thanks to an unfortunate own goal from Martin Skrtel after just five minutes.

The blunder happened after the defender turned in a low cross from John Arne Riise.

It was the worst possible way for the Reds to warm up for their eagerly anticipated FA Cup final with Chelsea on Saturday, with the crunch match clearly on manager Kenny Dalglish's mind, as he made nine changes to the team that beat Norwich 3-0 at the weekend.

The defeat was Liverpool's fourth at home this season in the Premier League.

Fulham boss Martin Jol wasn't there to see his side's landmark victory, as the Dutchman is continuing to battle a chest infection.

In the night's other game Stoke drew 1-1 with Everton.

Cameron Jerome got the equaliser at the Britannia Stadium after an own goal from Peter Crouch gave Everton a half time lead.
